We journey with people at various points of their calling from their first steps to retirement. Mentoring allows us to keep walking alongside people through the highs and lows and help people flourish personally in their team, and (by God’s grace) remain in sustainable, long-term and fruitful ministry.
As a mission family we’re passionate about being relational, intentional and flexible so to best support those serving in cross-cultural mission. We help in a range of ways depending on the need, such as arranging tailor-made ministry placements, providing one-to-one debrief sessions for short-termers exploring their place in overseas mission, and advising church leaders about how to send and sustain cross-cultural workers.
AWM-Pioneers is committed to working in partnership with local churches, especially throughout the preparation process. Our role is to facilitate your church in sending you into cross-cultural ministry. Our desire is that this three-way partnership is effective, involving understanding, commitment, shared aims, good communication and godly sacrifice.
